Course Overview

Enhance Your Professional Skills in Providing Effective Advice

This course is designed for professionals who provide advice and guidance in roles such as careers services, education, housing, human resources, health, or social care. It will help you build confidence and develop the skills needed to deliver accurate, effective, and client-focused advice.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to establish clear communication with clients
  • Techniques to assist clients in making informed decisions
  • Strategies for managing a personal caseload effectively

Qualification upon completion:  Level 3 NVQ Award in Advice and Guidance

You must attend the introductory session before you can enrol for the main course. This will will start 3–4 weeks after the introduction and will include monthly workshops, and coursework.
