The Enrolment Process
How to Get Started in a Few Simple Steps
Getting started is straightforward — and you’ll have support every step of the way. From choosing the right course to joining your first session, we’ll guide you through the process so you can begin with confidence.

Step 1: Register Your Interest
Found a course you like? Let us know you’re interested by completing a short registration form.
You’ll usually find the form on our website, in an email we’ve sent you, or via a link on our social media.Step 2: Speak to an Advisor
One of our friendly advisors will get in touch to talk through your goals, answer any questions, and help you make sure the course is right for you. If there’s a better option, we’ll help you find it.
Step 3: Enrol Online
Once you’ve chosen your course, we’ll send you a simple online enrolment form to confirm your place.
You only need to complete the enrolment form once each academic year, no matter how many courses you choose.
Step 4: Complete an Assessment
For accredited courses, we’ll ask you to complete a short English and/or maths assessment.
This isn’t a test to pass or fail. It simply helps us make sure you’re on the right course for your current level.
- Most courses only require English
- You’ll need to complete this before your course starts
Step 5: Get Your Joining Instructions
You’ll receive everything you need to get started, including instructions on how to access your course, any learning materials, and support from the Enrolments Team.
Once everything is complete, you’ll receive all the information you need to get started, including:
- Access to your online classroom or learning platform
- Directions to your classroom if it’s in a building
- Details of your sessions and tutor
You’ll be ready to begin your course with confidence.
