Essential Food Safety Training for Catering and Hospitality Roles

This course is perfect for anyone working in catering or hospitality where food handling is part of the role. It’s designed for those in low-risk positions—such as bar staff, waiting staff, healthcare workers, kitchen porters, or storeroom staff—who need essential food safety knowledge to maintain high standards and boost employability.

What you’ll learn:

  • Your responsibilities for food safety in a catering environment
  • Practical steps to keep food safe and prevent contamination

The course includes 2 sessions scheduled for the 16th of January and the 27th of February.

Qualification on completion: Food Safety Levels 1 and 2 Certificate.
