Build Foundational Knowledge for a Career in Health and Social Care

If you’re thinking about a career in work in health and social care, this course provides an excellent starting point for anyone considering roles in this rewarding sector. You’ll gain insight into the types of care available, job opportunities, and the skills needed to succeed.

What you’ll learn:

  • Planning your first steps into health and social care, including required skills and qualifications

The programme begins with an introductory session, followed by the main course after an interval of 2-4 weeks. You must attend the introduction to enrol for the main course.

On successful completion, you’ll achieve a Level 1 Award in Preparing to Work in Health and Social Care.
