For guidance on your next steps, join this Employment Skills workshop. Designed to help you take stock of your current situation and explore new avenues, this course will cover:
- Self-Reflection – Where are you now?
- Identifying your transferable Skills
- Exploring alternative careers
- The skills, knowledge or qualifications you need to develop to make a change
- Accepting change
- SMART goals
Learners attending this workshop could progress to an accredited Customer Service or Personal Development course.

These courses are free for those who meet all the following funding criteria:
– you live in a London /Greater London Borough*
– you are not in full time education
– you have not achieved this qualification before
– you are aged 19 or older on 31st August 2024
-Have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning
If you don’t have permission to live in the UK for 12 months from the first day of learning there are exemptions which can be discussed with the IAG advisor that will contact you
All Ukrainian adults and their family members supported through the Ukraine Family Scheme and Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme are immediately eligible for FE 19+ funding and are exempt from the 3-year residency requirement as per the current AEB funding rules.
