This Apprenticeship offers an opportunity to develop and gain core skills and knowledge to ultimately enable individuals to provide effective support in the classroom and when working with pupils independently.
**Suitable for those employed as Teaching Assistants and Learning Support assistants.

Standard achieved upon completion include:
Teaching Assistant Level 3
Delivery is very flexible with opportunities to start throughout the year. Blended learning and assessment will take place in the workplace where one of the experienced tutors/ assessors will visit on a monthly basis. Apprentices will also be able to attend relevant off-the-job sessions to support them. Learners will be assessed by an independent organisation at the end of their qualification. This is referred to as End Point Assessment (EPA).
