Jumpstart to Success

Supporting Young People to Access Education, Employment & Training

If you’re a young person aged 16-24, currently unemployed and unsure of your next steps, our Jumpstart to Success program is designed to guide you towards your goals, whether that involves further education, employment or both.

Through our program, you will benefit from 1 to 1 career guidance and mentoring support, helping you to make informed decisions that are right for you.

Our aim is to equip you with all the necessary tools to achieve success in the job market and Jumpstart to Success will give you the chance to gain work experience in placements that you can add to your CV. We will also provide support when you are applying for job vacancies, apprenticeships and paid placements or internships.

Employers are looking for candidates with good communication skills, who can collaborate and work as part of a team and the programme offers personal development courses designed to help you thrive in the workplace. We offer top tips for developing good organisational skills, using initiative, and building your problem-solving skills, helping you to stand out when applying for jobs.

As an added incentive, all participants will receive a £30 Love to Shop voucher upon starting the program and an additional £30 voucher upon successful completion of the programme.

Take the first step towards a brighter future.
