One of WCLL’s key commitments is to help people into work. Whether it be for a first job, finding a job after a period of unemployment or a change of role, we are here to provide the support to get you where you need to be.
People seeking employment or exploring new career paths sometime don’t know how or where to start. This can seem overwhelming, causing anxiety and self-doubt leading to inaction. So, based on recent feedback from our learners, the Curriculum Team put heads together and designed this new short course to overcome the challenges.
The “Reset Your Mindset” course is designed to help people to prepare if they find themselves in the position of seeking new employment and will encourage self-reflection, identification of transferable skills and how to use these when applying for new roles.
