But did you know that an element of our provision is also aimed at people who want to boost their career to the next level with an L3 qualification?
The Leadership & Management L3 Diploma and the Delivering Training L3 Award are designed for people who are already in a supervisory or training role without being formally recognised. For those who are serious about their professional development and committed to moving to the next level, these are ideal gateway qualifications, with accreditation from Highfield, one of the UK’s top awarding bodies.
Build your capabilities and gain a range of key skills with courses that are delivered online and are flexible study programmes with 121 support available throughout the duration.
Both courses start on the 5th of June and the Delivering Training Award will take one month to complete while the Leadership and Management Diploma will run over nine months.
